Vanessa Hudgens & Austin Butler: Spiritual Sweethearts

After sparking speculation of a possible shackup thanks to being spotted loading up a U-Haul truck a few days ago, Vanessa Hudgens and Austin Butler continued their inseparable ways with a Sunday mass outing in Studio City, CA earlier today (June 24).

The young Hollywood couple appeared to be enjoying the sunny weather as they lovingly clutched hands while then heading to a local eatery for a bite to eat for lunch.

The lovers' excursion comes as Vanessa is looking forward to finding out whether or not she's a big winner at the upcoming 2012 Teen Choice Awards.

Taking place on July 22, to 23-year-old is in the running for Movie Actress: Sci-Fi/Fantasy honors for her work in "Journey 2: The Mysterious Island" - though she's facing stiff competition with fellow nominees including Lily Collins, Scarlett Johansson, Jennifer Lawrence and Kristen Stewart.

So how about that new "Twilight: Breaking Dawn- Part 2" trailer? Now that we've watched it a few dozen times, we can take a step back to analyze our favorite moments.

First, how great is it to finally get a glimpse of all those other vampires we've been talking about? Finally a first look at Garrett the nomad, played by the divine Lee Pace, as well as Benjamin, Irina and a few others.

But there's one character we wish we saw a little bit more of: Renesmee. Not that we blame Summit and Co. for waiting to reveal more of little Mackenzie Foy-as-Renesmee closer to the film's release, but it would have been nice to see her in action with her parents, interacting with the other Cullens or playing with Jacob.

The moments that we do get to see are very sweet. Fans around the world have been expressing their delight over one scene in particular: when Bella is putting her daughter to bed and tells her "I'll never let anybody hurt you."

"The way vampire Bella looks at Renesmee reminds me of Edwards quote from Twilight... 'You are my life now' :')," one Mackenzie Foy fan https://twitter.com/NessieMackenzie/status/215515473259933696" target="_blank">tweeted. A fellow fan called the moment "10 seconds of perfection."

In addition to the high praise from fans, that tender moment between mother and daughter has already been given the GIF treatment on several Tumblr blogs.

With all this love for the happy family and that precocious young lady Renesmee, we surely hope we'll get to see more of her in the next trailer.

Check out everything we've got on "The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn - Part 2."

Mary J. Blige Dishes On Her 'Crazy' Led Zeppelin Covers

'I've listened to their music since I was a child,' says the R&B diva, who recorded 'Stairway to Heaven' and 'Whole Lotta Love.'
By James Montgomery, with reporting by Larry Carroll

<P>You wouldn't peg Mary J Blige as the black-light-and-tapestry sort, but, as has become readily apparent in recent weeks, she absolutely loves Led Zeppelin.</P><P>In early February, reports began circulating that Blige had re-recorded Zeppelin's classic "Stairway to Heaven," working with Travis Barker, "American Idol" judge Randy Jackson and guitarist Steve Vai on the track, which is slated to appear on the international reissue of her <i>Stronger With Each Tear</i> album, due Monday.</P><P></p><div style="margin: 0px 10px 10px 0px; float:left;"></div><p></P><P>But after she had recorded "Stairway," Blige continued to get the Led out, covering <i>another</i> Zeppelin classic &#8212; the thunderous "Whole Lotta Love" &#8212; for the album too. And when MTV News caught up with her on the <i>Essence</i> Black Women in Hollywood red carpet, she told us all about channeling her inner Robert Plant for the tracks, a process that came much easier than you'd probably imagine.</P><P>"I did Led Zeppelin's 'Stairway to Heaven' and 'Whole Lotta Love' &#8212; it's crazy," she said. "I am a Led Zeppelin fan. I'm not going to say I've been to their concerts, but I've listened to their music since I was a child, and it's always moved me, especially 'Stairway to Heaven,' and 'Whole Lotta Love' is just fun."</P><P>Blige also said she recorded another new song &#8212; a "club record" called "I Can't Wait" &#8212; for the re-release. And while it's only slated to hit shelves outside the U.S., she hopes her fans will get a chance to hear all the new songs pretty soon.</P><P>"I want y'all to hear it," she laughed.</p>

Katy Perry: I Cried Over Russell Brand While on Tour

When Katy Perry's upcoming concert documentary Katy Perry: Part of Me hits theaters July 5, fans are going to get a lot more than a behind-the-scenes look at the makings of the singer's 124-day-long California Dreams world tour. The movie was shot at the same time that the 27-year-old's marriage to soon-to-be-ex-husband Russell Brand was crumbling, and, in a new interview with The Hollywood Reporter, Perry admits to struggling with how to present the breakup on the big screen. Ultimately she simply stayed true to herself.

Will Black Keys Team Up With Ke$ha? First They Want Jim Nabors

The duo sat down with MTV News in Berlin to discuss a pair of unlikely collaborations.
By James Montgomery

<P>Theirs is a relationship that has spanned time and Twitter, seafood and shaving, but over the years, the unlikely bond between the Black Keys and Ke$ha has grown to become something <i>more</i>: a genuine friendship, marked with the occasional trespassing charge.</P><P></p><div class="player-placeholder right" title="Would The Black Keys Ever Collaborate With Ke$ha?" id="vid:731631.id:1678505" width="240" height="211"></div><p></P><P>"We're friends with her, we've known her since way before she was famous, before she was even a singer, I guess," Keys drummer Patrick Carney told MTV News. "When she was 16 years old, she used to sneak into our shows. We kind of became friends with her by kicking her out of our backstage room, over and over again. She actually has snuck into shows in L.A., San Diego, Coachella ..."</P><P>"She snuck in and [got] kicked out of one show, like, <i>five</i> times," frontman Dan Auerbach added. "[She] snuck in through the kitchen. I don't know if she's such a big fan; she just likes breaking the rules."</P><P>So, when MTV News sat down with the 'Keys in Berlin during the premiere of their "Gold on the Ceiling" video, we had to ask if their friendship with Ke$ha would take the next step: an actual musical collaboration. It's not all that far-fetched, considering both Ke$h and Auerbach live in Nashville ("I see her every once in a while flying by in her T-Top [convertible]," Auerbach laughed), and recently, the glittery one has logged studio time with the Flaming Lips. So, could we see a team-up on the next Black Keys album?</P><P>"I guess, I don't know," Carney said. "We don't really do that many collaborations, really."</P><P>OK, so if a Ke$ha collabo isn't in the cards, just who would the 'Keys like to work with next? Well, as it turns out, they've got their eyes set on landing a very big star for the next record ... even if they mistakenly believe he's deceased.</P><P>"We both want to work with Jim Nabors very badly, but apparently he's not with us anymore," Carney said. Oh, but he is. Which means that, much like Nabors, the dream is alive. The Ke$ha collabo? Eh, probably not so much.</P><P><i>Should the Black Keys hit the studio with Ke$ha? Leave your comment below!</i></p>

Lil Scrappy Recalls Momma Dee's Gritty Pimp Days

'At the end of the day, mom took care of home,' 'Love & Hip Hop: Atlanta' star Scrappy tells 'RapFix Live.'

One episode in, VH1's "Love & Hip Hop: Atlanta" already has captivated audiences with its wild cast of characters. Perhaps the most magnetic of the bunch is Momma Dee, mother to rap star Lil Scrappy.

Momma Dee comes off as overprotective and overbearing, but it is clear that there is nothing she wouldn't do for her children, including selling drugs and pimping to make ends meet. When Lil Scrappy appeared on Wednesday's "RapFix Live," he opened up about the lengths his mother went to to provide for him.

"Mom dukes was layin' it down hard back in the day when I was coming up," Lil Scrappy said. He recalled a time when a prostitute who was working for his mother left to join with a rival pimp. When Momma Dee finally met up with her ex-worker, violence ensued and a young Scrappy was there to witness it all.

"My mama caught her slippin' in traffic and bust her across the head with a crowbar," he recalled. "That crowbar was stuck in her head and she was sittin' there shakin'."

While the incident affected him at the time, the ATL rapper now awkwardly laughs it off. While Scrappy admits that he had to see some pretty awful things as a youngster, he doesn't resent his mom for any of it.

"I had to sleep in a room with mom dukes, and my little sister because all the whores was using the rooms to do their thing," he said. "But at the end of the day, mom took care of home. Me and my sister ain't never had to hurt for nothin'."
